  • Within Sargodha (Same City): Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • Other Cities/Provinces in Pakistan: Orders usually take 3–5 business days depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Process

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Deliveries are handled through our trusted logistics partner PostEx.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order amounts.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your shipment status through the courier’s tracking system.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us. Customers will be responsible for re-delivery costs.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times may be extended due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays.
